My name is Shantelle Alliman and I am running my staffing agency, traveling as a specialized nanny, working as a newborn care specialist, and helping nannies become specialized and discover the possibilities in the beautiful world of childcare. I have seen A lot of nannies who are lost regarding who they want to work for, how they want to be hired, and most importantly nannies who don’t know how to elevate their careers to be paid what they deserve. However, they are passionate about caring for kids, have a lot of experience and knowledge about it, and can’t imagine themselves doing anything else.
